Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from Tyliyah's Designs. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping and Pickup Policy, Privacy Policy, and Design & Production Terms.

Products, Services, and Quotes

We offer custom physical products, digital products, and design services. Custom-quote items are not sold through a $0 checkout. To request a quote, use our Contact Us form and include the item, quantity, size, colors, wording, theme, photos or logo, event date, and requested completion date.

Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if quantities, materials, design requirements, or timing change. We may decline work that we cannot complete safely, lawfully, or within the requested schedule.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout or included in the custom invoice. A $20 non-refundable custom design fee is required to begin design services and is credited toward the final purchase if you continue with physical production. A 60% deposit is required after accepting a custom quote, and the remaining balance is due before production.

Design Approval

Up to three design concepts are included with the custom design service. You are responsible for reviewing and approving names, spelling, dates, colors, photos, sizing, and layout. Production begins only after final approval and all required payment. Colors may vary slightly between screens, printers, blanks, and production methods.

Customer-Submitted Content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photos, logos, names, wording, designs, or other content you submit. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise prohibited content. You are responsible for claims arising from content you provided without permission.

Turnaround, Rush Requests, Shipping, and Pickup

Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, design complexity, material availability, and approval timing. Rush production may be available upon request and must be approved before ordering. Shipping and pickup are governed by our Shipping and Pickup Policy.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once work begins. Digital products are generally final sale after delivery or download. Exceptions and cancellation rules are explained in our Refund Policy.

Digital Product License

Unless a listing states otherwise, digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal or permitted business use and may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or claimed as the purchaser's original work.

Store Use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or use the store or its content for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

Store content, original designs, graphics, text, and branding owned by Tyliyah's Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission, except for customer-provided content and rights granted with a purchased digital product.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyliyah's Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina and applicable United States law, without limiting any consumer rights that apply to you.
