Design & Production Terms

By purchasing a custom design service or personalized product from Tyliyah's Designs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Custom Design Fee

A non-refundable design fee of $20.00 is required to begin custom design services. This fee covers digital design work and does not by itself include a physical product.

2. Design Concepts and Revisions

After the design fee is paid, the client will receive up to three (3) distinct design concepts. The client must select and approve one concept before production.

3. Credit Toward Final Purchase

If the client proceeds with physical printing and production of the approved design, the initial $20.00 design fee will be credited toward the final order total.

4. Quote, Deposit, Approval, and Final Payment

Custom-product pricing is provided by quote. After the quote is accepted, a 60% deposit is required to reserve the order. The invoice will show how the $20.00 design-fee credit is applied. The remaining balance must be paid before physical production, printing, or pressing begins.

Production timelines begin only after the final design is approved and all required payment has been successfully processed. Rush production may be available upon request and must be approved before ordering; any rush charge will be disclosed in the quote.

5. Customer Approval and Submitted Content

The client is responsible for carefully reviewing each mockup before approval, including names, spelling, dates, colors, sizing, photo selection, and layout. The client confirms that they have permission to use any photos, logos, wording, or artwork they submit.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Order Problems

Because custom items are made specifically for the client, custom and personalized products are final sale once design work or production begins. The $20.00 design fee is non-refundable. Exceptions apply when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error, and when applicable law requires otherwise.
